Key Features

30 TB desktop external storage capacity
USB-C host connectivity for Mac and PC systems
Seagate IronWolf Pro internal hard drive
Desktop format for creative and data-intensive workloads
Expand workstation storage with 30 TB of desktop external-drive capacity.

Expand local desktop capacity to 30 TB for creative applications that outgrow the internal storage in laptops, all-in-one computers, and compact workstations. The d2 Professional combines a desktop external-drive format with USB-C connectivity, giving editors, photographers, designers, and technical teams a direct-attached location for large media libraries, project files, reference data, and long-term archives. Seagate STHA30000800 supports Mac and PC environments, making it suitable where storage must move between mixed-platform workstations without changing the external-drive type. Its USB-C connection fits current desktop and portable systems that need substantial local capacity for active project data rather than relying exclusively on limited internal SSD space. This 30 TB configuration stands at the high-capacity end of the d2 Professional range and incorporates a Seagate IronWolf Pro hard drive. That drive family is intended for sustained storage workloads, while the external enclosure provides a desktop-oriented storage option for professional content creation and other data-heavy applications. Use it to keep high-volume files close to the workstation, preserve completed projects, or expand available storage without opening the host computer.
