Scala Remove Players/Subnetwork Per License Fee

Keep Scala licensing aligned to the actual deployment footprint with a per-license fee for removing players or a subnetwork. This option is designed for environments where digital signage endpoints, zones, or network segments change over time and licensing needs to follow the operational model. For enterprise teams, the value is precision. Instead of carrying unused coverage, procurement and operations can adjust the licensed scope to match current architecture, which helps maintain cleaner entitlement management and more accurate cost control. That matters in distributed signage environments where players may be decommissioned, relocated, or consolidated. This is a practical licensing adjustment for organizations already running Scala and needing to reduce licensed scope without disrupting the broader deployment strategy. It supports tighter governance, clearer asset alignment, and more disciplined software spend across managed signage networks.
