SANGOMA GOLD POMP BASE 1 YEAR ADDITIONAL — 1 Year Support

Secure an additional year of Gold-level coverage for your POMP Base deployment to maintain vendor support continuity and predictable maintenance costs. This product is an add-on that attaches to an existing base license, preserving the same support entitlements for the extended 12-month period. Choose this option when you require uninterrupted access to Gold-tier assistance and wish to align support terms across accounts or devices. The add-on removes administrative gaps between renewals, simplifies budgeting for support spend, and sustains vendor relationship priority for escalations. Purchase is billed as an extension to the base contract and is intended for organizations that prioritize operational uptime and streamlined vendor interactions over the support term. Work with procurement to confirm the base license reference and account details before ordering; the add-on applies only where a qualifying POMP Base license exists.
