FPBX 1200 to PBXact 1200 Upgrade

Transition FPBX 1200 to PBXact 1200 to align your communications stack with a supported Sangoma platform. For teams responsible for uptime, maintainability, and predictable operations, this upgrade path helps replace aging software dependencies with a cleaner PBXact foundation. PBXact is built for organizations that want more disciplined system management around business telephony. It gives IT teams a more structured platform for day-to-day administration, future planning, and supportability compared with staying on an older FPBX deployment. That matters when call continuity, change control, and long-term serviceability are part of the purchasing decision. This product is best suited for environments that already run FPBX 1200 and need a direct path forward without rethinking the entire communications architecture. It helps reduce the friction of platform migration while preserving the operational role of the PBX in the business. For procurement teams, the value is straightforward: a defined upgrade path from an existing Sangoma deployment to a current PBXact platform, with the stability and vendor alignment that enterprise communications teams expect.
