The Galaxy Tab Active5 Enterprise Edition is aimed at organizations deploying tablets at scale, whether to technicians, drivers, inspectors or frontline staff. SM-X308UZGTN14 uses the same hardware as the standard unlocked Tab Active5 5G: 6GB of memory, 128GB of storage (109.3GB available), microSD expansion up to 1TB and a Green finish. The Enterprise Edition designation makes it the SKU to standardize on for business rollouts.
The 8.0-inch 1920 x 1200 WUXGA TFT display reaches 600 nits and supports the S Pen, which helps with forms, signatures and annotations. An octa-core processor (2.4GHz + 2GHz) runs Android. The 13MP autofocus rear camera with flash records UHD 4K at 30fps, and a 5MP front camera handles video calls.
The unlocked cellular radio covers 5G Sub-6 bands n2, n5, n12, n25, n30, n66, n71, n41, n48, n77 and n78. LTE coverage includes B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B25, B26, B30, B41, B48, B66 and B71, with 3G UMTS as a fallback. Other connections include Wi-Fi 802.11ax on 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack and GPS, Glonass, Beidou and Galileo positioning.
The 5,050mAh battery is removable. It is rated for up to 15 hours of LTE internet use, up to 14 hours on Wi-Fi and up to 16 hours of video playback, so one device can stay in service across shifts with a spare battery on hand.
