Ribbon SBC Call Forking License

Add call forking capability to Ribbon SBC deployments where call routing decisions must be more granular than standard pass-through handling. This license enables the SBC to branch sessions according to your voice architecture, supporting environments that depend on controlled call distribution, service logic, or downstream application integration. For teams managing carrier, enterprise, or hybrid voice traffic, call forking can be a critical control point. It helps preserve routing flexibility while keeping session behavior aligned with policy and operational requirements. That matters when you are supporting contact center workflows, SIP interconnects, or multi-destination call handling across a governed SBC layer. Because this is a software license, it fits into existing Ribbon SBC 1,000 deployments without adding hardware footprint. It is a targeted way to expand capability where the base platform is already in place, making it easier to justify spend for a specific operational need rather than a broad platform refresh. For infrastructure teams, that precision is the value: add only the function required, keep the architecture stable, and maintain control over how calls move through the environment.
