Ribbon SBC-C-RA-MQP-D Media Quality Probe License

Capture media quality signals where voice traffic actually enters and exits the network. This domain-wide probe license is tied to the core SBC and linked to Ribbon Analytics, giving infrastructure teams a clearer view of call quality across the environment without relying on guesswork or isolated endpoint reports. Built for organizations that need accountable voice operations, the license supports per-SBC core coverage so teams can correlate quality events with the specific session border controller handling the traffic. That makes it easier to separate carrier issues, routing problems, codec mismatches, and local network degradation. For enterprises running distributed voice services, this licensing model helps standardize monitoring across the domain while keeping analysis anchored to the SBC layer. The result is faster triage, better escalation evidence, and more defensible service quality reporting for internal stakeholders and carriers.
