Ribbon SBC-DR-VSBA-LIC-8K Direct Routing SBA License

Keep Microsoft Teams voice services available when the path to the phone system is interrupted. The Ribbon SBC-DR-VSBA-LIC-8K direct routing SBA license adds survivability support for the NLL SBC SWE Edge VNF, helping preserve calling continuity during WAN, PBX, or upstream service disruptions. This license is designed for enterprise voice teams that need predictable failover behavior and a cleaner user experience during outages. Rather than forcing a hard stop when connectivity is lost, it supports Teams user survivability so employees can continue essential calling workflows while recovery is underway. For infrastructure teams, the value is operational control. You can extend resilience to the edge without redesigning the voice stack, and you can align survivability planning with existing Microsoft Teams direct routing deployments. That makes this license a practical fit for organizations that treat voice as a business-critical service, not a convenience. Use it where call continuity, user confidence, and outage tolerance matter more than lowest-cost licensing. It is a focused add-on for environments that already depend on Ribbon SBC software and need a survivability layer that matches enterprise expectations.
