Promise Technology Vess A 3&4U 2-Year NBD Support

Maintain continuity for Vess A 3&4U environments with 2 years of next-business-day support from Promise Technology. This service is built for teams that need predictable recovery support for storage hardware supporting production workloads, backup repositories, and shared data access. Next-business-day coverage helps shorten the gap between failure and remediation, reducing the operational impact of component issues. For infrastructure teams, that means a clearer support path, faster access to vendor assistance, and a service plan aligned to the value of the underlying storage platform. This support offering is a practical fit for organizations that depend on Promise storage for business-critical data availability. It adds a defined service window to the hardware lifecycle, helping procurement and IT operations plan around risk, uptime expectations, and replacement coverage without overcommitting to unnecessary extras.
