Promise Technology VA3KSP2YNBDUC 2-Year NBD Support

Keep Vess A 1U and 2U storage systems under a defined support window with Promise Technology’s 2-year next-business-day service. This coverage is designed for infrastructure teams that need a clear path from incident to resolution without adding uncertainty to maintenance planning. For environments where storage availability directly affects application uptime, service coverage matters as much as the hardware itself. Next-business-day support helps reduce time spent waiting on replacement or service action, while the 2-year term aligns with planned refresh cycles and budget controls. That makes it easier to protect critical workloads, maintain operational continuity, and avoid the hidden cost of extended downtime. This service is a practical fit for organizations standardizing on Vess A 1U and 2U platforms and looking for a support plan that matches the value of the system. It adds structure to ownership, improves predictability for procurement and operations, and helps ensure the platform stays covered through the period that matters most.
