Promise Technology VA3K3YEXT 3-Year HDD Disposal

When storage systems are retired, the drives inside them still carry operational and compliance risk. This 3-year HDD disposal service for Vess A 1&2U gives IT teams a defined way to handle removed media at the end of service. It is built for organizations that want disposal to be part of the lifecycle plan, not a separate scramble after the hardware is already out of production. The value of this service is its fit to the platform. By tying the disposal offering to Vess A 1&2U, Promise Technology gives procurement and operations a clear match for the installed base. That reduces confusion during refresh projects, especially when multiple storage models are being retired across sites or business units. Use it to support secure decommissioning, maintain cleaner records for audit and governance, and reduce the chance that retired HDDs are mishandled or resold without control. For teams managing enterprise storage at scale, a defined disposal service is a practical way to close the loop on asset retirement with less friction and more accountability.
