Promise VessA 2-Year 24x7 Phone & Web Support

Keep storage operations moving with 24x7 phone and web support for the VessA Series. This 2-year service is designed for organizations that cannot afford long delays when a storage issue affects users, applications, or backup workflows. With direct access to Promise Technology support channels, teams can move from problem detection to troubleshooting without waiting for standard business hours. For infrastructure groups, support quality matters as much as hardware capability. A service plan like this helps reduce uncertainty around response paths, especially in environments where storage availability is tied to operational continuity. It is a practical fit for teams that want vendor-backed assistance rather than relying on internal triage alone. This offering is especially relevant for production systems where support coverage is part of the procurement decision, not an afterthought. It adds a predictable service layer around the VessA platform, helping teams protect uptime, shorten resolution cycles, and keep maintenance planning more controlled over the life of the contract.
