Flowmon Support | Progress | 20,000 VA Standard Support

Keep critical Flowmon environments covered with 1 year of Progress standard support for 20,000 VA deployments. This support SKU is designed for organizations that want a clear, vendor-backed service term around an established Flowmon footprint, with the confidence that comes from staying within the original software publisher’s support structure. For infrastructure teams, the value is straightforward: predictable coverage, cleaner lifecycle planning, and fewer gaps when support ownership matters most. Standard support is a practical fit for production environments that need continuity without overcommitting to a longer service horizon. It helps procurement teams align renewal timing with budget cycles while giving technical teams a defined path for maintaining the platform. Because this is tied to a specific 20,000 VA Flowmon support entitlement, it is best suited to environments where the installed base and support scope are already known. That makes it easier to manage compliance, simplify vendor coordination, and keep the support relationship anchored to the exact product line in use. For organizations running monitoring or network visibility workloads on Flowmon, this support term helps protect the operational investment already in place.
