Keep FormsPro 5102 units in production with one year of return-to-depot repair that minimizes on-site intervention and administrative overhead. This service handles RMA initiation, inbound logistics guidance, depot-level diagnostics and repair, and replacement parts where covered. For infrastructure teams managing standardized FormsPro 5102 fleets, this plan reduces local technician time and centralizes repair recordkeeping with PRINTEK’s depot workflow. Choose this 1-year return-to-depot option when you prefer predictable service handling over on-site dispatch. It fits datacenter and branch-office device consolidation strategies where minimizing truck rolls and standardizing repair windows lowers total cost of ownership. Procurement can budget a fixed service line while operations gains a clear escalation and return path for failed FormsPro 5102 hardware.
