Keep critical collaboration hardware powered and ready. The Poly Sync 40 Charge Stand delivers a dedicated tabletop charging point for Poly Sync 40 headsets and single-unit deployments, using the included universal power supply to simplify provisioning across sites. Its compact footprint reduces desk clutter and puts the headset in a predictable, accessible location so users save time and avoid missed calls. Built for AV racks, hot-desking zones and executive desks, the stand supports consistent charging behavior without adding new power adapters to inventory. For procurement and facilities teams, the stand minimizes user breakage and lost headset incidents by providing a physical home that standardizes charging practices. Use the stand to centralize replacement power accessories and reduce help-desk incidents tied to missing or incompatible chargers.

Ideal For

Provisioning charging points at hot-desk and hoteling zones
Providing a fixed charging location for executive desks
Adding a desktop charger in small meeting rooms
Centralizing spare power adapters for AV service desks

Why This Product

1Provide OEM compatibility and fit for Poly Sync 40 versus generic chargers that risk contact misalignment
2Reduce power-adapter sprawl by shipping one universal power supply rather than model-specific bricks
3Lower help-desk overhead by offering a fixed desktop home for headsets rather than relying on users to find spare chargers
4Justify higher unit cost through reduced device downtime and fewer replacement headsets caused by improper charging
