Planar Replacement Remote 952-0086-00 — Replacement IR Remote

Minimize downtime and service trips by replacing lost or damaged remotes with an OEM-compatible Planar replacement remote. The 952-0086-00 remote restores full on-screen control — power, input selection, menu navigation and basic setup — using the same infrared signaling and button layout as the factory unit. For AV teams this means predictable compatibility and faster field recovery when endpoints are in meeting rooms, digital signage installations or control closets. The remote ships as a single replacement unit and is intended for direct swap-in; no custom drivers are required. Keep spares on hand to accelerate break/fix workflows and reduce the labor and logistics cost of sending a technician when a missing remote is the only issue. When purchasing replacements, verify the remote part number against the display model to ensure code compatibility. For environments that demand centralized control, this remote also works alongside IR extenders and third-party control systems that emit standard consumer IR codes.
