Peplink 8 PoE 10G Switch concentrates high-speed access connectivity and endpoint power in one managed switch. This ordering code, PLS-8-10G-720W, supplies eight 10GE RJ45 interfaces supporting 802.3bt Type 4 PoE++ and four 10G SFP+ interfaces. Its 720W total PoE power budget supports centralized power planning for connected endpoints. Switching capacity is 240 Gbps, with a maximum packet forwarding rate of 179 Mpps and a 32,000-entry MAC address table. An internal 900W PSU accepts 100V–240V AC input, while stated system power consumption is 53W. Available switch functions include Link Aggregation Control Protocol, Spanning Tree Protocol, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP snooping, loop protection, RSTP, port control, VLAN, traffic monitoring and individual port power control.
