Maintain dependable wireless conference operation with the PeopleLink PPU-WL-APU access point. Purpose-built for the PeopleLink Wireless Conference System, this unit serves as the required access point layer for chairman and delegate microphone connectivity. One AP supports up to 50 wireless chairman or delegate microphones or a distance of 30 meters, giving integrators a clear planning baseline for room sizing and system design. For larger rooms or more demanding layouts, multiple AP units can be added alongside the PeopleLink Conference System Ethernet Switch, sold separately. That makes the PPU-WL-APU a practical fit for conference environments where audio reliability and predictable coverage matter more than generic Wi‑Fi features. It is not a general-purpose access point; it is a dedicated component for a controlled wireless conference ecosystem. This specialization is what gives the product its value. Instead of adapting consumer networking gear to a mission-critical meeting environment, you get a unit designed around microphone density, room distance, and system compatibility. For procurement teams and AV integrators, that means fewer unknowns and a cleaner path to deployment.
