Build a dependable mobile workspace around the equipment already in the vehicle. This Panasonic customer-specific kit is designed for Sandusky County Sheriff deployments with an existing Jotto Desk console, integrating a Cradlepoint IBR1700 and PocketJet 8 into a single installation package. That matters in public safety vehicles, where equipment placement, cable discipline, and operator access all affect daily performance. By working with an existing console rather than replacing it, the solution supports a more efficient installation path and helps preserve the vehicle layout already approved for the fleet. The result is a cleaner, more controlled environment for connectivity and mobile printing. For procurement and fleet teams, this kind of configuration is about fit and repeatability. It aligns the mount, communications hardware, and printer into a deployment that is easier to standardize across similar vehicles. When the vehicle is part of the workflow, the mounting system has to do more than hold hardware — it has to support the pace and reliability of field operations.
