OWC 16TB ThunderBlade X8 | NVMe SSD RAID, Portable Enterprise Storage

Accelerate storage-intensive work with the OWC 16TB ThunderBlade X8. Built on eight SSDs and tuned for up to 2,923 MB/s performance, it is designed for teams that need fast ingest, fast offload, and fast access to active project data. The NVMe architecture gives this drive a clear advantage over mechanical external storage when time matters and large files move constantly. SoftRAID Premium is included for three years, so array management stays in the same workflow as the hardware. RAID 0, 1, 4, 5, 1+0 (10), and JBOD support gives IT and creative professionals the flexibility to balance speed, redundancy, and capacity according to the job. That matters when one device must serve as a scratch disk, shuttle drive, or high-speed backup target. The 16 TB capacity makes this model a serious portable storage tool rather than a simple external SSD. For production teams, field editors, and workstation users who need sustained performance from a compact device, ThunderBlade X8 is built to justify its place in the kit.
