OpenText Full Text Workgroup Server 25 Users Maintenance

Keep a 25-user Full Text Workgroup Server deployment under active vendor support with OpenText maintenance. This service is designed to preserve operational continuity for environments that depend on indexed search, document access, and consistent platform behavior. When search infrastructure becomes part of daily business operations, support coverage matters as much as the software itself. Maintenance helps reduce the risk of extended downtime by keeping your entitlement current for assistance, troubleshooting, and issue escalation through the vendor channel. That matters when search performance, content retrieval, or configuration issues can interrupt users across legal, operations, or knowledge management teams. For organizations that have standardized on OpenText, maintenance is the practical way to protect the investment already made in the platform. This service is a fit for teams that need predictable support coverage rather than ad hoc break/fix response. It helps preserve access to product expertise and keeps the environment aligned with vendor support expectations over time. For procurement and infrastructure teams, it also simplifies lifecycle planning by keeping the service relationship clear, current, and tied to the deployed user count.
