OpenText Content Server Additional Named Users Maintenance

Keep expanding Content Server deployments under active maintenance as named-user counts increase. This maintenance offering is intended for organizations that need to extend support coverage for additional users without disrupting the operational rhythm of an established OpenText environment. For teams running content-intensive workflows, maintenance is more than a renewal line item. It helps preserve access to vendor support, updates, and entitlement continuity for the users who rely on Content Server every day. That matters when the platform anchors records management, collaboration, and controlled document access across departments or business units. Because this item is sold as call for pricing, it is typically used in procurement cycles where user counts, contract terms, and support scope must be aligned before purchase. It is a practical fit for enterprises that want to keep their Content Server footprint properly covered as adoption grows, while maintaining a clean support posture for audit and renewal planning.
