ONYX GRAPHICS SVC-ADV5SITESLV-LGCY 5-Year Advantage Silver Support

Maintain eligible legacy ONYX SiteSolution products with a five-year ONYX Advantage Silver support entitlement. SVC-ADV5SITESLV-LGCY applies the Advantage Silver service tier to legacy SiteSolution product environments, providing coverage for organizations that continue to operate established ONYX workflow systems beyond a short renewal period. This entitlement is specifically designated for legacy ONYX SiteSolution products rather than a general-purpose software service. The legacy designation is important when matching coverage to an installed SiteSolution environment, while the Advantage Silver name identifies the applicable ONYX support tier. Its five-year covered period provides a defined service horizon for retained production workflow infrastructure. Choose this service where the covered product is an eligible legacy SiteSolution product and the required support period is 5 years. The service designation combines three material selection points: legacy SiteSolution applicability, the Advantage Silver tier, and a five-year term. It is suited to print-production environments maintaining established ONYX SiteSolution deployments and seeking continuity of the associated support entitlement over an extended period.
