ONYX GRAPHICS SVC-ADV5SITEGLD-CRNT 5-Year Advantage Gold Support

Keep current ONYX SiteSolution products under a five-year Advantage Gold service term. This offering applies to current products in the ONYX SiteSolution family and assigns the Gold support designation for the full covered period. It supports environments that require continuing ONYX service coverage for an established SiteSolution product rather than a new application license or physical hardware component. Use SVC-ADV5SITEGLD-CRNT where the required service designation is ONYX Advantage Gold and the coverage duration must be 5 years. The ordering code connects the service term, Gold support level, and supported product family: current ONYX SiteSolution products. That combination matters when an existing SiteSolution environment requires the Gold service classification for a complete five-year interval. This offering is distinguished within the ONYX service range by its Advantage Gold designation and five-year covered period. It addresses service coverage for current SiteSolution products and is not presented as a standalone SiteSolution application. Match the supported product and its current-product status when checking applicability so the service term aligns with the ONYX SiteSolution product receiving coverage.
