Keep production support aligned with operational demand through a 29-month renewal of 24x7 support services for NVIDIA vPC Production SUMS, sized for 1 CCU. This type of coverage is intended for environments where response availability matters as much as the software itself, especially when production workloads depend on fast issue handling and clear escalation paths. For infrastructure and procurement teams, the value is in continuity. A long renewal term reduces the risk of coverage gaps, simplifies budgeting, and supports stable service planning across multiple quarters. It is a practical fit for organizations that already run NVIDIA vPC in production and want to preserve vendor-backed support without reworking the deployment. This service is especially relevant when uptime, incident response, and operational predictability carry real business cost. Rather than treating support as an afterthought, it keeps the production environment under active coverage so teams can focus on service delivery, not contract expiration dates.
