NVIDIA RTX vWS 24x7 Support Services 1 CCU EDU, 21 Months

Keep educational virtual workstation environments supported around the clock with 24x7 support services for NVIDIA RTX vWS. Built for a 1 CCU EDU renewal, this service helps academic IT teams maintain access to GPU-accelerated applications used in labs, classrooms, and remote learning environments. The 21-month term gives institutions a longer support window that aligns well with academic planning cycles, budget approvals, and multi-semester deployments. For teams responsible for student and faculty access, the value is straightforward: faster response coverage, less downtime risk, and a clearer path to sustaining graphics-intensive workloads without service gaps. This support offering is especially relevant where virtual workstation availability affects instruction, research, or lab productivity. It complements the underlying subscription license by adding a service layer designed to keep environments operational and users productive. For procurement teams, the EDU renewal structure supports predictable spend. For IT teams, it helps preserve confidence in the platform when uptime and response coverage are part of the requirement, not a nice-to-have.
