NVIDIA RTX vWS 24x7 Support, 1 CCU, EDU Renew 17 Months

Keep critical RTX vWS environments covered with 24x7 support services designed for a single concurrent connected user. This education renewal subscription extends service continuity for 17 months, giving IT teams a defined support window for virtual workstation deployments that depend on consistent vendor assistance. Built for organizations that already run NVIDIA RTX vWS, this renewal helps preserve operational stability for graphics, visualization, and remote workstation workflows. The 1 CCU licensing model aligns support to a specific user entitlement, making it easier to manage access and renew coverage without overbuying capacity. For education environments, the 17-month term provides a practical bridge between budget cycles and deployment planning. Instead of leaving a gap in support coverage, teams can maintain access to NVIDIA-backed assistance for troubleshooting and service continuity. That matters when virtual workstation uptime directly affects design, engineering, or instructional productivity. This is a renewal service, not a new software deployment, so it fits organizations that need to extend existing RTX vWS support with minimal procurement friction.
