NVIDIA RTX vWS 24x7 Support, 1 CCU EDU, 31 Months

Keep academic virtual workstation deployments covered across a longer planning horizon. This 24x7 support renewal for NVIDIA RTX vWS production SUMS provides service coverage for 1 CCU in an EDU context over 31 months, helping institutions maintain a stable support path for graphics-intensive workloads. For education and research teams, continuity matters as much as capability. A longer renewal term reduces the administrative churn of frequent reprocurement, supports predictable budgeting, and helps ensure that users working in visualization, simulation, or design environments remain covered when issues arise. The result is a cleaner operating model for IT teams supporting labs, classrooms, and shared compute resources. This service is a strong fit when the goal is to keep a production environment under active support without revisiting the contract every year. It gives procurement and technical stakeholders a defined term, a clear entitlement boundary, and the confidence that the support structure remains aligned with the deployment.
