NVIDIA RTX vWS 24x7 Support, 1 CCU, 20 Months

Maintain support continuity for education deployments with 24x7 coverage for NVIDIA RTX vWS Production SUMS, renewed for 20 months and scoped to 1 CCU. This service is designed for environments where GPU-accelerated virtual workstations support teaching, labs, research, or training workflows that cannot afford avoidable downtime. For IT teams, the benefit is operational clarity. A defined renewal term keeps support aligned to the academic calendar or project cycle, while 24x7 access to NVIDIA assistance helps reduce the impact of issues that can disrupt classes, labs, or scheduled sessions. The 1 CCU entitlement keeps the service tightly matched to a specific concurrent user requirement, which is useful when procurement needs precision rather than excess coverage. Compared with shorter or less structured support arrangements, this renewal helps preserve vendor accountability across the full term. It is a practical fit for organizations standardizing on RTX vWS in education settings and looking to maintain stable support for graphics-intensive remote workstation use.
