NVIDIA RTX vWS 24x7 Support, 1 CCU, 17 Months

Maintain support continuity for education deployments built on NVIDIA RTX vWS. This 24x7 renewal provides coverage for 1 CCU over 17 months, giving academic IT teams a longer planning horizon while preserving access to vendor-backed support for production SUMS environments. Education environments often balance fixed budgets, semester schedules, and shared workstation access. A longer renewal term reduces the administrative burden of frequent extensions and helps keep support aligned with academic cycles. For labs, research groups, and instructional teams running graphics-heavy workloads, that continuity matters when deadlines, class schedules, and project milestones leave little room for service interruptions. The 24x7 model is especially useful when support needs do not stop at business hours. Whether the environment serves a single department or a broader campus deployment, this entitlement helps maintain response coverage for issues that can affect teaching, design, visualization, or simulation work. Choose this renewal when you need a defined support term, a single-CCU scope, and the confidence of ongoing NVIDIA-backed assistance without overcommitting to a larger service package.
