NETGEAR AXC7620-10000S 20 m Active Optical SFP+ DAC

Move 10 GbE-class links farther without adding unnecessary complexity. This NETGEAR 20 m active optical direct attach cable is built for SFP+ environments that need more reach than a standard passive DAC can comfortably provide. With OM3 multimode construction and MPO-12 terminations, it is suited to dense network fabrics where clean routing, predictable link behavior, and reduced cable bulk matter. The active optical design helps maintain signal integrity over longer distances while keeping the installation profile lighter and easier to manage than traditional copper alternatives. That matters in top-of-rack, end-of-row, and cross-rack deployments where airflow, bend radius, and cable congestion can affect day-to-day operations. At 20 m, this cable gives architects room to place equipment where it belongs instead of where a shorter cable forces it. Choose this when the network design calls for a purpose-built interconnect rather than a compromise. It is a practical fit for high-density switching, storage fabrics, and structured data center builds where link quality and physical order are both part of the design standard.
