Netgear Omnidirectional MIMO Antenna for 3G/4G/5G Hotspots and Modems (6000451)

When a mobile hotspot sits deep inside a building, in a vehicle or at a remote site, its internal antennas are often the limiting factor. The Netgear 6000451 Omnidirectional MIMO Antenna moves reception to a better spot, such as a window or the lid of a laptop, and connects to the hotspot or modem through a 100 cm (39.37 in) cable. Its omnidirectional pattern needs no aiming, and the MIMO design uses both of the device's antenna connectors. The antenna covers 600-960 MHz and 1710-5925 MHz with up to 2.5 dB gain. NETGEAR rates it for GSM/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+/HSPA+ DC/CDMA/EV-DO/WiMAX/LTE/5G across those ranges. It ships with two SMA connectors and two TS-9 converters. NETGEAR states it is compatible with most NETGEAR USB modems and mobile hotspots, and listed models include the MR1100, MR5200, MR6500, MR6110 and LM1200. The flat 160 x 120 x 5.5 mm panel packs easily in a travel bag, and the included clips and suction cups hold it in place without tools. Installation is plug-in only, with no software or configuration. NETGEAR covers the antenna with a limited 1-year hardware warranty, and a manufacturer data sheet is available.
