NEC ONSTEMX-5Y-20 5-Year Onsite Monitor Warranty

Maintain service coverage for eligible NEC monitors over 60 inches without planning to remove the display from its installed location for service. ONSTEMX-5Y-20 provides a five-year extended warranty term with onsite service and a 2-day freight component for covered large-format NEC display deployments. Onsite service is relevant where a large display is wall mounted, integrated into a conferencing environment, installed in a public-facing signage location, or deployed in an operations space. It supports service at the display location rather than requiring the customer to package and transport a large monitor for the service event. The coverage is specifically scoped to NEC monitors over 60 inches. The five-year term distinguishes this option from shorter-duration coverage choices, while the monitor-size scope separates it from service intended for smaller displays. Match the service to the NEC monitor’s screen-size class and coverage requirement before ordering. The included 2-day freight component is part of the service offering for this extended warranty option.
