NEC ADVEXMX-3Y-20 3-Year Advanced Monitor Exchange

Maintain coverage for NEC monitors over 60 inches through a defined three-year advanced exchange service term. ADVEXMX-3Y-20 applies to the large-format monitor class specified for this service and includes 2-day freight for the exchange shipment. It is a service entitlement rather than a display, mounting accessory, or replacement hardware component. Advanced exchange service is suited to installations where a failed display can affect room scheduling, presentation, digital signage, collaboration, or operational monitoring. The exchange structure provides a replacement path instead of limiting coverage to a conventional repair process. Two-day freight is included as part of the service, giving the shipment method a stated delivery speed for the replacement exchange. This NEC service option is differentiated by three specific coverage details: support for monitors over 60 inches, a three-year covered period, and advanced exchange service with 2-day freight. Match the covered monitor’s size class and existing NEC equipment eligibility before assigning the entitlement. The service is intended for organizations maintaining larger NEC display installations where a defined exchange response helps reduce time spent with a screen out of service.
