MAGSTOR CAP-UPG Canister to Canister Pro Software Upgrade

Change an existing MAGSTOR Canister entitlement to the Canister Pro edition with the CAP-UPG software license upgrade. The named transition is explicit: Canister is the starting edition and Canister Pro is the destination edition. This product represents that edition change rather than a standalone appliance, storage device, cable, or mounting component. Its purpose is limited to the stated Canister-to-Canister Pro upgrade path. Select this entitlement when an installed environment is already associated with Canister and the required edition is Canister Pro. The source and target names matter because they identify a directional upgrade, not two interchangeable product labels. CAP-UPG fits environments moving from the Canister designation to the Canister Pro designation while retaining a clear reference to the intended software edition. Canister Pro names the target edition, while Canister names the source edition. That distinction separates this SKU from a new hardware system or an unrelated software entitlement. Evaluate the currently held edition and the required destination edition together before assigning the upgrade. The ordering designation communicates one specific transition: Canister to Canister Pro. MAGSTOR licensing and entitlement handling govern how the edition change is recorded or made available.
