MagStor OverCare NEO XL40/XL80 Base or Expansion 9x5 NBD

Preserve the availability of the library platform that anchors your tape environment. MagStor OverCare for Overland Tandberg NEO XL40 and XL80 base or expansion units provides 1-year, 9x5 next-business-day support for the library hardware itself. It is built for teams that want a clear service boundary and a support plan aligned to the asset in use. This coverage is specific to the NEO XL40 / XL80 library base or expansion, not the drives. That distinction matters in procurement, because it lets you protect the library chassis without paying for drive coverage you may already manage elsewhere. For organizations running backup, archive, or recovery workflows on tape, that precision helps keep support budgets tied to the actual failure domain. When the library is the control point for your tape operations, predictable support matters. A defined 1-year term, business-hours response, and next-business-day service help reduce uncertainty during maintenance events and component issues. The result is a cleaner support model for infrastructure teams that need dependable coverage without unnecessary overlap.
