MagStor OverCare for Overland Tandberg NEO s/XL LTO-8

Keep backup operations on schedule when LTO-8 drive issues threaten your recovery window. MagStor OverCare for Overland Tandberg NEO s and XL tape libraries adds 9x5 next-business-day support for covered drive components, giving infrastructure teams a defined path to service when tape hardware needs attention. Built for environments that still depend on tape for long-term retention, air-gapped protection, and predictable restore economics, this 1-year support offering helps reduce the operational risk of drive failures. It is designed for NEO s / XL systems using LTO-8 drives, with tape library coverage sold separately. That distinction matters: you get targeted support for the drive layer without paying for broader coverage you may not need. For teams managing compliance archives, backup vaults, or secondary copy workflows, the value is in response discipline. Next-business-day support helps keep maintenance planning clear and downtime contained. MagStor OverCare is a practical fit when the cost of a missed backup cycle is higher than the cost of maintaining premium support on the hardware that keeps those cycles moving.
