MagStor OC-NEO-LTO7-DRV-NBD-US-1YR for NEO s/XL

Protect tape infrastructure with MagStor OverCare for Overland Tandberg NEO s and XL LTO-7 drives. This 1-year support offering is designed for organizations that still depend on tape for retention, recovery, and offline resilience, where drive availability directly affects backup windows and restore confidence. The value is in the support model. 9x5 coverage with next-business-day response gives IT teams a defined service path during business hours, helping reduce the operational drag that comes from waiting on ad hoc troubleshooting or uncertain replacement timing. For environments built around scheduled backup cycles, that predictability matters. This SKU is specifically tied to the drive coverage layer; tape library coverage is sold separately. That distinction is important for procurement and architecture teams that need to map support precisely to the components they own and the risk they want to cover. It also helps avoid paying for broader coverage than the deployment requires. Choose this when the goal is to keep LTO-7 drive support clean, documented, and aligned to the installed base. It is a practical fit for enterprise backup teams that value response discipline, component-level entitlement, and a support contract that matches the way tape systems are actually managed.
