MagStor OverCare NEO LTO-6 Drives 9x5 NBD 1YR

Secure the drive layer of your tape infrastructure with one year of MagStor OverCare for Overland Tandberg NEO S and XL LTO-6 drives. The plan provides 9x5 next-business-day support, giving operations teams a clear service window and a predictable response model for the hardware that drives backup and archive performance. This coverage is specifically for the LTO-6 drives, while tape library coverage is sold separately. That separation is useful when you want to align support spend to the exact component in service, especially in environments where drives and libraries may follow different refresh cycles or support requirements. It also helps procurement teams avoid paying for bundled coverage that does not match the asset being protected. For organizations running scheduled backups, retention workflows, or offsite media rotation, this support plan helps keep the drive subsystem covered without adding unnecessary complexity. It is a practical choice when uptime, service clarity, and contract precision matter more than broad bundled packaging.
