Logitech RoomMate and Tap IP Bundle for Video Rooms

Bring room control and meeting compute into a single, purpose-built deployment path for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Logitech RoomMate and Tap IP is designed for video rooms that need a clean front-of-room experience without a traditional PC at the display. RoomMate provides the appliance foundation for room-based collaboration, while Tap IP gives users a dedicated touch interface for joining meetings, managing calls, and controlling the room with minimal friction. That separation of compute and control helps standardize deployments across spaces and reduces the complexity that often comes with general-purpose endpoints. For IT teams, the value is in consistency. A dedicated appliance bundle is easier to specify, easier to support, and better aligned to repeatable room standards than ad hoc hardware combinations. For users, the experience is direct: walk in, tap to join, and start the meeting without extra steps. This bundle fits organizations that want a cleaner room aesthetic, predictable room behavior, and a deployment model built for Microsoft Teams Rooms rather than adapted from consumer or desktop hardware.
