LifeSafety Power FPO250 24-Door Lock Power System

Centralize power distribution and lock control for a 24-door access-control installation in one prewired enclosure. The LifeSafety Power FPO250/250-3C85D8PE12M/P24-A provides 250 W of DC power, configurable as 20 A at 12 VDC or 10 A at 24 VDC. Its 24 relay lock-control outputs are fused at 3 A per output, giving each controlled opening a dedicated protected output path rather than relying on a shared field distribution point. Each lock-control output can be selected for fire alarm interface operation, fail-safe locking, or fail-secure locking. This makes the enclosure suitable where door hardware requires different release behavior during a fire alarm event. The panel also includes 40 DC auxiliary outputs, with Class 2 power limitation at 2.5 A per output. Auxiliary outputs can be assigned to Bus1 or Bus2, supporting separated DC distribution paths for access-control equipment and associated field devices. The supplied E12 enclosure measures 48 in H x 36 in W x 8 in D and includes a Mercury back plate. Prewiring reduces internal point-to-point field work while preserving the output-level configuration required for individual doors. The combination of 24 fused relay outputs, 40 auxiliary outputs, selectable 12 VDC or 24 VDC operation, and a large back-plane enclosure distinguishes this configuration for higher-density multi-door power and control assemblies.
