It adds 2 years of Premier Support with 24x7 service availability, a 2-hour response target, and Keep Your Drive coverage. Keep Your Drive allows the customer to retain failed drives rather than return them through the standard replacement process. Apply the post-warranty entitlement before existing base coverage expires when uninterrupted coverage is required. Service coverage is registered against the eligible server; no physical server hardware is supplied. Registration and service activation details can vary by country and installed system configuration.
