Lenovo 5PS7C27430 provides sixth-year post-warranty coverage with the Standard Next Business Day service level and Keep Your Drive. Keep Your Drive permits retention of eligible failed storage drives during replacement service. The entitlement does not include physical hardware.
This entitlement applies only to an eligible Lenovo system that can be registered for the specified post-warranty service. Confirm that the system serial number and existing coverage history qualify before registering the entitlement, as it covers the individual registered system.
Keep Your Drive allows the customer to retain eligible failed storage drives when covered replacement service is performed. This supports environments where removed drives must remain under customer control because of data-handling or disposal requirements.
