Eligibility remains tied to the covered system and its service status; the entitlement does not include a computer or other hardware product.
Keep Your Drive allows the customer to retain a failed drive when covered drive replacement service is required. This can support internal data-handling requirements because the removed drive remains with the customer rather than being returned during the replacement process.
This entitlement is for the sixth and seventh years of coverage after the eligible system's standard warranty period. The covered system must meet Lenovo eligibility requirements, including applicable machine type, configuration, region, and current service status.
