5PS7C27395 provides two years of Standard post-warranty coverage for years 6 and 7, with next-business-day service and Keep Your Drive. It is an entitlement only and does not include a physical Lenovo system, upgrade hardware, or software.
Eligibility is determined against the specific Lenovo system and its service status. The covered machine must qualify for the sixth- and seventh-year post-warranty term, so the system identification and current warranty history should be checked before activation.
Keep Your Drive allows the customer to retain a failed drive rather than return that drive as part of a service event. This can support internal media-handling requirements while maintaining the stated next-business-day service level.
