5PS7C27471 provides post-warranty Lenovo Premier Support coverage for the sixth and seventh years of an eligible system's lifecycle. The entitlement includes next-business-day service and Keep Your Drive coverage. It is a support entitlement and does not include a Lenovo device.
This entitlement is used when an eligible Lenovo system needs service coverage after its original warranty period, specifically for years 6 and 7. Eligibility must be established for the individual Lenovo system before the entitlement can be associated with it.
Keep Your Drive coverage allows the customer to retain an eligible replaced drive when covered service requires drive replacement. This can support internal media-handling policies because the removed drive remains with the customer, subject to Lenovo service terms.
