5PS7B23610 provides a 4-year Lenovo Premier support entitlement with 24x7 coverage, a 2-hour response commitment and Keep Your Drive service. It supplies support coverage only; server hardware, replacement hardware and system installation are not included.
Keep Your Drive allows the customer to retain a failed drive when a covered drive replacement is provided, rather than returning that failed drive. This option supports internal media-handling and data-retention practices, subject to the applicable Lenovo service terms.
Eligibility depends on the covered system, its existing service status and Lenovo service rules. Verify the system serial number and current coverage before activation, especially when adding the entitlement after the system has already been installed.
