Lenovo 5WS1X47488 4-Year Premium Care Plus Service

Extend the service term for an eligible Lenovo portable system beyond its starting three-year courier/carry-in coverage. Lenovo 5WS1X47488 provides four years of Premium Care Plus coverage together with a four-year battery upgrade. It is an upgrade entitlement rather than a physical replacement battery, computer, or accessory. The plan is structured for systems that began with three-year courier/carry-in service and need a four-year support term. Premium Care Plus establishes the service level, while the battery upgrade aligns battery coverage with the full four-year period. This matters where an internal battery is integral to the device and battery support needs to remain in place for the same duration as the broader service coverage. Choose this entitlement when the covered Lenovo system requires the specified starting service configuration and a four-year Premium Care Plus term. Its distinguishing configuration is the combination of an upgrade from three-year courier/carry-in coverage and four-year battery coverage. The service is not a substitute for a standard hardware warranty extension that omits the battery component, nor does it provide a battery by itself.
