Lenovo 5WS1X47421 4-Year Premium Care Plus Upgrade

Extend the support arrangement for an eligible Lenovo system from 1-year Premium Care to 4-year Premium Care Plus coverage. This entitlement also includes a 4-year battery coverage upgrade, aligning the battery protection period with the extended service term. It is a service upgrade rather than a physical accessory, cable, or replacement battery. Use this upgrade where a Lenovo system already has the required 1-year Premium Care starting coverage and the deployment requires four years of Premium Care Plus. The upgrade addresses the service term and battery coverage together, avoiding a mismatch between the period of system support and the period assigned to battery protection. Lenovo 5WS1X47421 is distinguished by its specific upgrade path: 1-year Premium Care becomes 4-year Premium Care Plus, with a 4-year battery upgrade included. That combination makes the entitlement appropriate when the target service configuration calls for both the longer Premium Care Plus term and battery coverage across the same four-year period. Confirm that the covered Lenovo system has the required existing Premium Care foundation before assigning the entitlement.
