The Lasko H20685 directs airflow toward the active work area rather than requiring a fixed horizontal position. Its all-metal wide-body construction, rubber surface pads and carrying handle support placement on a floor or other work surface. QuickMount lets the fan convert between wall and floor use, giving installers a choice between elevated airflow and portable placement. The pivoting fan head changes the airflow direction after mounting or positioning. Metal blades provide the fan’s high-velocity air movement, while the wide-body metal housing is suited to utility locations where a lightweight plastic desk fan may not be appropriate. Select speed from front-mounted controls or operate the fan with the included remote control. At the high setting, power consumption is rated at 184 W. A 6 ft cord provides reach from a nearby receptacle, and the patented fused three-prong safety plug is part of the power connection.
